Elfyn Evans starts the day by setting the fastest time in SS13 – Tarzan and now he is second overall, 4 seconds ahead of Dani Sordo. Kalle Rovanpera still enjoys a comfortable lead, 1:38 minutes ahead of his teammate in Toyota.
