Alexey Lukyanuk sets the fastest time in stage 3, but he and Lambros Athanassoulas were issued a 10 seconds penalty for jump start. So Ralfs Sirmacis still leads the Rally, with 27.3 seconds gap from Alexey Lukyanuk while Lambros Athanassoulas is 14.6 seconds further behind the Russian, third overall.
